You will find that our collection program will maximize your collections without litigation, which we would only recommend as a last resort. Our program is very aggressive, yet a very professional collection process.

Competitive Rates

Our rates are very competitive. Regardless of the amount of time and effort involved in the collection process, no fees will be charged unless a collection is made. After your accounts are collected thru our collection program, you will pay a competitive commission rate.

Reduce Litigation

Again, we have found that our collection program greatly reduces the need for litigation. However, in the event that litigation becomes necessary, we will outline our commission rate and suit fees in writing for your review. We utilize local counsel in the county where the debtor resides.
